Exercising

Hello and this is Pignut Yam once again! Today, we are going to talk about exercising. Exercising is important to our daily lives and we need to at least get an hour of exercise each day. Here in the United States, lots of kids and adults are becoming obese which means dangerously overweight.

Eating to much junk food and you're not getting enough exercise means you could become overweight and you could like Big-boned Billy. So, you see it's important to exercise. Activities outside could be taking a jog, playing baseball, or just kicking a ball around. But when it's rainy, their's no delay! Try walking on the tredmill, lift some weights, or try some yoga which is known as streches. So what are you waiting for? Get exercising!
